Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India through trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you regarding your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or local conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout based on:

Delivery location
Product weight and dimensions
Current shipping offers

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Tracking number

Delivery of Live Plants

As we ship live plants, they are carefully prepared and packed using plant-safe packaging designed to help protect them during transit.

Please note:

Minor soil displacement during shipping is normal.
Slight leaf movement or temporary travel stress may occur.
Most plants recover naturally within a few days after unpacking and proper care.

We recommend unpacking your plant as soon as possible after delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

The customer is unavailable
The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
The customer refuses delivery

the order may be returned or cancelled. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Oxygenghar is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Courier network disruptions
Government restrictions
High order volumes

Such delays do not automatically qualify for order cancellation or compensation.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears significantly damaged at the time of delivery:

Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
Take photographs of the plant after opening.
Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Our team will review your request and assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
