Return & Refund Policy

At Oxygenghar, we take great care in selecting, inspecting, and packaging every plant before it is shipped. As our products are live plants, they are natural, perishable items and require special handling. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Live Plants

Since plants are living organisms, each one is naturally unique. Minor variations in size, shape, color, or fullness are normal and should not be considered defects.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged plant

  • A wrong product

  • A missing item

  • A package that has been significantly damaged during transit

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the plant

  • Photos of the packaging (outer box and inner packaging)

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will carefully review your request and, if approved, may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store Credit

  • Partial Refund

  • Full Refund (where applicable)

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.


When Refunds or Replacements Are Not Available

We may not be able to approve refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Request submitted after 24 hours of delivery

  • Minor variations in plant size, shape, color, or leaf count

  • Natural growth characteristics

  • Minor soil displacement during shipping

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Improper plant care after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Processing time is generally 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

If a Cash on Delivery order qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.


Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural events

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network delays

  • Remote delivery locations

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.


Plant Care After Delivery

To help your plant recover from transit:

  • Carefully unpack the plant.

  • Place it in bright, indirect sunlight.

  • Water only if the soil feels dry.

  • Allow the plant a few days to adjust to its new environment.

Slight travel stress is normal for live plants and usually resolves with proper care.
